SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are carefully processed and prepared before dispatch.
Shipping times and costs are calculated according to the destination and the delivery method available at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipping information.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase. Sisté is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Sisté.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the applicable return conditions. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return once their sealed packaging has been opened, where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
